Spa packing list | That Spa Guy

Bring

The short list.

Water bottle Reusable. Insulated is a bonus, so it stays cold all day.
Comfortable clothes for the trip there and back Athleisure or loose and soft. Skip the stiff stuff.
A snack A protein bar, trail mix or a piece of fruit.
Spa sandals Flip flops or slippers. Spas provide a pair, but often not above size 11.
Your own toiletries (optional) The spa usually has the basics.
Something to read, if you’re going solo
Swim trunks (optional) Many spas are clothing optional. Check the rules first, or try going towel only.

Lighter is better.

Valuables Spas have lockers, but leave anything important at home.
Your phone, or at least keep it in the locker Most spas restrict phones. Step outside to take a call.
